About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Grade 3 EVS (Environmental Studies) Teacher to inspire young learners to explore, understand, and care for the natural and social world around them. In this role, you will design interactive lessons centered on science, nature, and social environments, converting foundational concepts into engaging, real-world experiences. By cultivating curiosity, environmental awareness, and critical thinking, you will help Grade 3 students build a strong, value-based foundation for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery & Experiential Learning: Plan and present engaging EVS lessons using visual aids, nature walks, and hands-on experiments to simplify environmental and social concepts.

Classroom & Student Management: Create an inclusive, structured, and safe environment that supports active participation, curiosity, and positive behavior.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Grade 3 EVS concepts, environmental science, and experiential pedagogy

Excellent classroom management and active-listening skills

Creative lesson planning, storytelling, and activity design

Eligibility

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.), Environmental Science, or a related field

Certification: State teaching certification, licensure, or equivalent teaching accreditation
