About the Role

As an Academic Counsellor, you will communicate with students and parents, understand their educational requirements and career goals, and provide personalized guidance on suitable courses, programs, eligibility, and career pathways. The role also involves regular follow-ups and maintaining student records through online communication and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and educational programs.
• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
• Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Handle enquiries through calls, email, WhatsApp, and other online channels.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
• Good listening and presentation abilities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates (0–10+ years) are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in academic counselling, admissions, education, sales, customer support, or career guidance can apply.
