About the Role

Teach Life Skills through personalized one-on-one online classes. Guide learners in improving communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, time management, leadership, teamwork, self-confidence, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live one-on-one online Life Skills classes.
• Teach communication, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Prepare personalized lesson plans, activities, role-plays, and assessments.
• Conduct confidence-building exercises and interactive learning sessions.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of life skills education and personal development.
• Excellent communication and online teaching skills.
• Ability to motivate learners and build confidence.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Social Work, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced trainers (0–10+ years) are welcome to apply.
