About the Role

Teach Phonics through personalized one-on-one online classes. Guide students in developing letter-sound recognition, blending, segmenting, reading fluency, vocabulary, and early literacy skills using structured phonics methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live one-on-one online Phonics classes.
• Teach letter sounds, blending, segmenting, decoding, sight words, pronunciation, and reading comprehension.
• Prepare personalized lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Phonics and early literacy instruction.
• Excellent communication and online teaching skills.
• Ability to teach young children with patience and creativity.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Freshers and experienced trainers (0–10+ years) are welcome to apply.
• Certification or experience in Phonics instruction is preferred but not mandatory.
