About the Role

Teach Soft Skills through personalized one-on-one online classes. Guide learners in improving communication, presentation, public speaking, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, emotional intelligence, and professional etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live one-on-one online Soft Skills classes.
• Teach communication, presentation, leadership, teamwork, time management, interpersonal skills, and workplace etiquette.
• Prepare personalized lesson plans, activities, role-plays, and assessments.
• Conduct mock interviews, presentations, and confidence-building exercises.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of communication, leadership, and professional development skills.
• Excellent communication and online teaching skills.
• Ability to motivate learners and build confidence.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced trainers (0–10+ years) are welcome to apply.
